Behind the success of this stunning production is the burning passion of families and individuals who voluntarily every week realize the grandeur of the Easter celebration expressed through music, dance, and drama.
Hundreds of church worshippers are directly contributing to the success of this spectacular presentation through involvement in various aspects of the musical such as promotions, choreography, stage design and construction, security, traffic control, ushering, A/V communications and the distribution of posters & handbills.
Doubtlessly, the hard work, commitment and team spirit will pay off for these volunteers who tirelessly prepare for the 3-night spectacular event.
Suh Shian and Aaron Kee share a common zeal in their participation in the aspect of publicity. Suh Shian remarks, “Each year’s musical is never the same. There are different songs, better dance choreography, more creative ways to tell the Easter story. That’s what makes it so exciting to be a part of this for so many years.”
While Aaron added on, “This is an involvement that gives many of us tremendous significance. It is so good to see the thousands - children with parents, youth and adults come to the concert every night. It is exhilarating to observe large groups are touched by God through the Easter story. People go from the presentation with a renewed peace and hope!”
